Booking Information

Instructors/event planners are responsible for self marketing.  All renters must have liability coverage and provide class participants with liability waiver forms.  The Living Well's customer service standards mandate that all guests are provided the highest quality services and professionalism. Attendees should be treated as honored guests at all times during the registration and learning process. 

The Living Well rents space on a first come, first-serve basis. We will do everything in our power to honor your request. Please contact us for rate quote.  A 50% deposit is due to reserve the space.

Cancellations must be requested in writing 10 calendar days prior to the event in order to receive a 80% refund of the down payment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
