March is Women’s history month and it is an opportunity for us to increase consciousness and knowledge of women’s impact on history, present day and the future. Its an opportunity to reflect on and highlight the female change makers and that have significantly impacted the lives of others. From mothers to aunties to vice presidents and presidents we honor women that stood up for their right to nurture and feed the souls of their families, communities and the world.

This spirit of nurturing and cultivating balance directly impacts the choices that we make in our everyday lives. The American Beverage Associations Balance Calorie Intitiave is focused on offering choices and knowledge that support a more balanced lifestyle.
The Living Well and the Amercan Beverage’s Association have come together to support your family’s efforts to balance what you eat, drink and do. We know an important part of finding that balance is reducing the sugar from beverages in your family’s diet. So we’re backing you up with ways to make it easier. Join us for complimenatry yoga and bevearges sponsored by the American Beverage Association for the month of March as we celebrate Woman’s history month.
